A Community Initiative · South Walton, Florida

The conversation 30A is already having — now in one place.

Protect30A is a weekly, district-by-district community show: a neutral Digest of what your neighborhood is talking about, a clearly-labeled local Opinion, and a featured resident voice — on Spotify, YouTube, and right here.

How the show works

Two clearly separated parts — so you always know what you're hearing.

The same trust standard that runs the rest of Protect 30A runs the show: sourced, fair, and clearly labeled. Facts and opinion never blur together.

The Digest

What your district is talking about

A neutral, sourced summary of the week in each community — events, businesses, beach access, traffic, local life. Multiple sides attributed. Every claim traceable to a dated, linked source.

The Opinion

A clearly-labeled local take

Personally-voiced commentary, visibly separated from the Digest — and from any official role. Tagged on-air and in the show notes so it's never mistaken for the neutral report.

Featured voice

A neighbor opens every episode

Each show begins with a resident voicing the concern that matters to them this week — in their own words, with their permission. Real people, not talking points.

District media homes

One headlined every week, on rotation.

An 8-week rotation headlines each district about six to seven times a year — and all eight now have durable homes for videos, podcast episodes, show notes, and sources.
